The Solar Labs interview questions

The interview process was quite good and cleared it, the problem was with HR, as i cleared every round. They promised the pay what I asked and they asked me to negotiate the Notice Period with current company. I negotiated and given them a response and after that they said they can provide only 63% of what I asked for.
