Online from filled before an easy face to face interview, lasted about 10 minutes. Interviewer asked a few general questions amd allowed opportunity to ask questions back. Very casual and friendly.

Interview
The first interview should be doing online, because the interview last less than 5 minutes. I don't know why they interview on-site. Waste of time of candidates. The company should notice how they have been doing interviews.
There are way too many rounds of interviews within the interview process for a minimum wage position in the hospitality industry - this was quite strange to me having previously worked in similar establishments. However, everyone I spoke to from a management level was courteous, professional, and friendly.
