I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Tailored Group (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2018
Interview
This was back in 2018. The company turned out to a direct marketing system. While the first interview was a group interview, the second was one on one deal where I ushered to do various activities at a Best buy down the street from the complex the company resided at. It was clear by the time I was done with their questions and activities that they had very different idea in mind for my employment than I did. While I applied as a customer service rep, they were bringing me on board as a direct salesman.
While interviewer was nice upon first impressions, he became very nitpicky and aggressive the more we talked. It was a very awkward and uncomfortable experience. Definetely avoid if direct marketing is NOT what you had applied for in the first place.

Interview
It’s a two part interview. The first part is very basic, the second part is where they take you along to a Walmart or Mall to sell Xfinity and AT&T Products. You watch that for like 7 hours. They call it promotional selling or direct marketing.

Interview
3 round interview process. The first day you come in and you don't get asked anything, it's someone in management just trying to sell you the company. The second day is one where you shadow a current employee and all she did was give me marketing assignments. We spent an entire day at Walmart and the interviewer was trying to get people to buy Xfinity which means I was being lied to in terms of what I applied for. The third round is with the CEO of the company who is trying to make you prove yourself, just tell them what they want to hear and you'll get hired.
