The interview process was thorough and enjoyable. With Wow operating a fully remote working model, they are keen to ensure that their culture is maintained and thus the interviews were a nice mix between professional and personal questions. The initial video and questionnaire was a nice change of pace from other applications I have done and I really felt like they wanted to know more about me as a person rather than just what was on my CV. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and I enjoyed my experience interviewing, something I can't honestly say for other companies.
