There were 4 phases to the interview: - Multiple choice quiz based on general coding subjects - A more specific quiz based on a specific role (along with a few personality questions) - A technical Interview - A final interview with the Director of Operations The entire process was really great and the people I've talked to were very friendly. They were more interested in trying to determine if you were really a match for each other rather than asking you to just blindly follow their processes and rules. It was very crucial to be honest and see if you can build a relationship with them despite any weaknesses you might have rather than just pretending that you are automatically the best person for the job.
