Not very friendly towards creatives. The task was clearly an attempt to get free labour from applicants, it involved a normal week’s worth of work! The people seemed nice at first but they seemed to be contradicting themselves a lot with their feedback, things that weren’t problems before the task became dealbreakers once the work had been done.
