Thomson Power Systems interview questions

I interviewed for a General Manager position and found the discussion about the business model and strategies for growth to be engaging and insightful. The interview provided a clear understanding of the company’s operations, challenges, and aspirations for transformative growth. From my perspective, the company seems to be looking for an individual contributor to drive significant change, which may pose challenges. A broader investment in a team-based approach could better accelerate growth and help the organization achieve its full potential. The rejection email I received shortly after the interview felt automated and impersonal, which was disappointing given the time and depth of the conversation. Additionally, attempts to express gratitude and follow up through professional channels went unanswered, raising concerns about their candidate communication practices. However, a few cultural and strategic adjustments might help the organization address these challenges.

We had a few email exchanges and phone interview, then lead to in person interview. Was awkward as some employees were fighting but we carried on as though it wasn't a big deal and was normal.
