Interview
They determine whether to interview you based on questions they have you answer on the initial application. Take your time on this as they did not look at resumes or cover letters to select people for interviews. First round is an interview with HR and a member of the team. Second round is another interview with two members of the team. Third round is a research assignment and last round is an interview with two partners at the firm.

Application through Applied to reduce hiring bias. Initial interview was conducted with avoiding hiring bias in mind as well - same exact interview questions for each candidate. I interviewed with someone from operations/HR and an associate on the impact investing team. Unfortunately, I was ghosted in the middle of the hiring process.
