I was flown in for two days of pairing exercises, a behavioral interview, and sitting in on a weekly ticket grooming session. The pairing exercises ranged from Leet Code style questions to building out a real feature.

short and good focus on computer science in general and some tech simple questions the interviewer was really nice and cooperative and learnt from him a lot during the interview
No interview. Only a translation test is carried out which consists of a couple different texts. Results are reviewed by an in-house editor. You can get employed as a freelancer or as an in-house linguist.
