I applied in-person. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Gravenhurst, ON)
Interview
interview went well, was hired on the spot, but they were also desperate for employees for the summer season. we sat down in the restaurant and spoke one on one while it was kind of busy. interview had basic customer service questions, and was pretty easy.

Question 1
tell me one time you went above and beyond to help a customer?
It was a very easy process. In general, it was a lot of behavioral questions which made the interview feel very stress free. I personally felt that it was more like a conversation which made it very easy to sit through and answer.
Good. they asked good questions. for example. Why would you like to work here. what do you like about tim hortons. do you like our coffee. do you know what a double double is.
It was a pretty relaxed and straightforward interview. The interviewer mainly asked about my past work experience, customer service skills, and availability. They also explained the job responsibilities and what a typical shift would look like.
