The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Newmarket, ON) in Jan 2016
Interview
It was very easy as far as interviews go. Quite simple questions, asked about my work history, customer service senieros, food handling knowledge or certifcation, and past working with in team environments inquires.

Question 1
What would you do for the customer if the order was incorrect?
It was a very easy process. In general, it was a lot of behavioral questions which made the interview feel very stress free. I personally felt that it was more like a conversation which made it very easy to sit through and answer.
Good. they asked good questions. for example. Why would you like to work here. what do you like about tim hortons. do you like our coffee. do you know what a double double is.
It was a pretty relaxed and straightforward interview. The interviewer mainly asked about my past work experience, customer service skills, and availability. They also explained the job responsibilities and what a typical shift would look like.
