I submitted my application, then had a phone interview where I discussed my availability and customer service skills. Afterward, I had an in-person interview where I answered situational questions and demonstrated cash-handling before receiving an offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you handle a situation where a customer is unhappy with their order or the service?
It was a very easy process. In general, it was a lot of behavioral questions which made the interview feel very stress free. I personally felt that it was more like a conversation which made it very easy to sit through and answer.
Good. they asked good questions. for example. Why would you like to work here. what do you like about tim hortons. do you like our coffee. do you know what a double double is.
It was a pretty relaxed and straightforward interview. The interviewer mainly asked about my past work experience, customer service skills, and availability. They also explained the job responsibilities and what a typical shift would look like.
