standard. phone interview with HR. then a met with a couple people in person. very friendly people, and everyone was very responsive. highly professional process. they made a decision in a reasonable amount of time (within 2 weeks).

First the recruiter gave an overview of the position. Next the recruiter asked me some general questions on my professional background and my experience as a CPA. It lasted about 20 minutes.

1st Round: Group Discussion, Candidates have to speak on any one of the 5 topics given.
2nd Round: HR Round, General questions about yourself, previous job experience.
3rd Round: Assistant Manager Round, Accounting questions.
4th Round: Senior Manager Round, Accounting questions.
