Interview process is a bit formal with a taste of casual talk type. It helped me be more open to express and engage more with the interviewee. It happened so fast that I for a second I thought I was not able to land it but I did. It was just like a small talk.

The interviewer was not very enthusiastic. It sounded like he/she just woke up and just remembered that an interview was scheduled. I did like that they were really interested in my work but it felt like they were just asking because it was required?
