3 part interview. I got to the second They had a screening interview with pretty standard questions. It was basic stuff like "What's your background" and "What's your salary expectations?" Then the second interview was with staff members. Each had different questions

It was an embarrassing polygraph-style interview. The interviewer discovered my resume and cover letter during the call. I was not authorized to ask questions about TissueVision! Questions were not targeted and mostly irrelevant. I did not learn anything about the company.
