The interview process is in 3 stages and do not take time to complete, HR is friendly. Second stage entails you meet with mid management level and the last stage to meet executive management.

The interviewer was really harsh,yea i understand that you may not intend to hire someone, you should at least not tell the person that you won't hire outrightly in a rather harsh tone. There was no emotional intelligence shown in the interview process.
