Tobermore interview questions

Microsoft Teams format, easy going, but professional. Open and honest about expectations and gave opportunity for two way discussion. Overall a positive experience. Didn't progress further as salary was below expectation and current level

Applied online. Took around 7 weeks. Bypassed teams interview as applied for another role a month before. Was offered a Final Stage interview at their HQ in Tobermore, NI. Flights and transfers paid for. For the in person interview, you were required to create a PowerPoint presentation which will then form part of the interview. This was quite lengthy as lots to do, such as a 24 page document you must read and answer upon. You are also shown around the factory as part of your day. This was pretty cool. The job update was given 3 working days later via email.
