Interview
The first interview was with the CEO and was only 10 minutes over the computer and the 2nd interview was with the Executive Director and was 30 minutes over the computer. no face to face meeting at all. The HR was very slow in getting back to me and messed up the job title for the interview so there was confusion about what I was even interviewing for. She never acknowledged her mistake. The Executive Director is the one who confirmed the job I was interviewing for and acknowledged HR's mistake.

Interview
The interview with HR was fantastic and left me feeling really good about the position. The interview after that was pretty cold and turned me off to the position, then it took a while for them to get back to me just for it to be a no.
