The first step was a screening call with a recruiter, then I was assigned a business case and had to send a 10-minute recording presenting the case, and the third step was an interview with the hiring manager.

Very disorganized. Went through several interviews where I didn’t hear back from talent/HR person for weeks. Then when I told them I had accepted another offer, they repeatedly called to try to schedule an interview with a VP who didn’t seem to have time to meet until I had moved on.

Interview
First call with a recruiter to understand the role / company and whether my experience is a good fit or not. So far pretty standard. Next step was a business case, to which you will devote 20 hrs or more. You need to record yourself as part of the business case (no live presentation). Right before sending it to the recruiter I receive a message that the position has been filled the week before (it would have been great to get this information earlier, especially given the amount of time invested so far in the case)
