They first took screening round via consultant, then again one more screening round by HR via telephone, then again one HR round face to face, then accountant takes your interview, then business head ,,,,then they will make you feel that you have cracked the round and they are about to give you a offer....they will ask for previous salary slips , ref names n contact no.,,then they will tell you that you have to go through one more round with US Manager i.e Owner...they will keep lying to you and make u fell that they are going to call and will communicate but they never had courtesy to answere your calls and straight away tells the situation. at the same time they will look for other candidates to...n release them offer n if you call them they say ...we are not getting revert from US team....pathetic process
