Interview process involved talking with software developer at the company, explaining my experience with data scraping and textual analysis which went well. However, after reaching out several times following the interview they never contacted me again even after assuring me they would let me know about their decisions.

This was a rushed get someone interviewed with no intention of hiring, quota interview. These people wasted my time and were very unprofessional. When someone spends a whole week interviewing with you company, at least have the respect of letting them know that they have not been selected or respond to their emails.
