For 2010-2014 B.tech(Mechanical Engineering) students. 70% criteria in all(10th, 12th, B.tech) with no backlog. 1. Written exam of core subjects & Apptitude question(quantitative & reasoning).(40 -50 Objective questions) ....58/600 selected 2. Group interview one by one by Nicco Venture organizers. 28 left 3. Interview by Tractel production head and Quality head. 8 left 4. Interview by team of 3( Chief Production Engineer, DGM, Quality Chief engineer) for technical knowledge. 5. G.D on 2 topics one by one without break. Only 4 selected at 17000 per month as Production GTE engineer.
