Final stage was an in person interview, following an initial application and take home task. Questions asked did not at all touch on the role’s duties or requirements laid out in the specification, more just general questions about trade unionism. This made it extremely difficult to get across my previous experience / suitability for the role. No feedback provided despite following up. Was initially promised that alongside my outcome.
