I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Trane Technologies (Tyler, TX) in May 2016
Interview
There were three interviews. One with a couple team members the position would work with, one with HR, and one with the person who would be your boss. All the interviews were very casual and relaxed.

Interview
I applied to Trane through my college placement drive. Only a few students were shortlisted for interviews — some faced technical questions while others were asked only HR-related questions. Surprisingly, only the candidates who had HR rounds were selected, which made the process feel inconsistent and not a fair evaluation of everyone’s skills. The experience could have been more transparent and balanced
