First-round interview with a recruiter clearly reading from a script, followed by a two-hour (uncompensated) "editing" test -- essentially a spot-the-difference exercise comparing an article in a language I do not know and an English translation, and then an article in English and the same article in English. Finally, an hour-long interview with the management team. They spent a lot of time telling me about their trouble retaining staff.
