Literally a six month process. I was contacted in July. Phone interviews and in person interviews in July and August. Then silence. Was called in September that role was put on hold. Was called in December stating the role was reposted again. I had already accepted role with different company in September but kept them on the hook to see how the process would unfold. Phone interviews. In person interviews and more phone interviews. Honestly, I think they are looking for top talent to move to Cedar Rapids Iowa but are to cheap to provide relo. Was asked multiple times if I would relocate but was never provided a relo as part of any offer.
