I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Transoft Solutions in Jun 2025
Interview
Applied online. Got an invite to a screening call with the HR team. Got told to expect an update in 4 business days. Waited for a week and followed up. Nothing. Followed up after 5 days again. Nothing. Got an automated email approximately 3 weeks after saying they weren't proceeding with my candidacy. I understand that but not replying to a thank you email and following up twice, respectfully asking for an update, yet receiving no acknowledgement sucks. The interview experience was bad. Could improve there and at least train HR on being "transparent" as they said their organization works during the call LOL.
