I applied and within the same day, I got an email asking to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was on Wednesday and after the recruiter let me know that he was putting me through to the next round. I got a call from Travelers, setting up an in person interview for that following Monday. I interviewed on Monday and was offered the job an hour after my interview ended.
