The interview process was pretty straight forward. I had a phone interview first with HR, and she was very nice. She asked basic questions like current position, why I want to work for Travelers and salary requirements. About 2 weeks later I received a notification for an in person interview. I was interviewed by 2 people who asked behavioral questions. Next, I shadowed a worker who told me his experience and different databases they used. Lastly, I had a more relaxed interview with a single person. They require you to take a drug test and then contacted me a few days later that I cleared the background check and was offered the job!
