I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Lincoln, NE) in Oct 2017
Interview
I applied through my campus's job posting website, which was super easy, just posting my resume. I then got a notification through that site that I was invited for an on-campus interview. I was able to schedule it myself which was very nice. I met the interviewers the day before my scheduled interview at the career fair. I was definitely not qualified for the job, but they took the time to talk to me anyways.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Travelers in Oct 2015
Interview
I had a 2:1 interview. There were a lot of questions. Many more than I expected. They didn't mind if you couldn't think of an answer right away. They ask questions about their company and the industry so it's important to do your homework beforehand. They also ask about specific experiences such as leadership and volunteer positions.
