I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (New York, NY) in Jan 2020
Interview
From start to finish the interview process took about 3 weeks for 3 interviews. I should note it partially took this long because of my own availability, having to work around the schedule of my former place of work, and they were very accommodating. After applying online, a recruiter emailed me the next day to set up a phone screening. After the phone screening, she called the next day to set up a face to face with a couple of the department heads. Merely hours after that interview, I was called and asked to come back for a final interview with the head of the department and an HR representative. This final interview was much shorter than the first (which was just over an hour), but they did mention up front that it was really just to meet me and set the expectations of the position. I interviewed on a Thursday, and by Tuesday of the next week I had an offer letter. Everyone I interacted with from the recruiter to the department heads were very personable and a pleasure to speak with.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Houston, TX) in Apr 2018
Interview
I applied online, completed an online assessment, and a couple days later received an email to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview I received a call to come in for face to face interview. The in person interview took about 2 1/2 hrs and consisted of 3 interviews and 1 side by side with a peer. The questions were mostly behavioral interview questions(please study!!). You definitely want to research the company as you will be asked “why Travelers?” Also make sure you have good questions to ask your interviewers.
