We live in challenging times. Interviewing is not easy. I had Zoom interviews and the company interviewers never turned on their video camera. How are you suppose to make a human connection with no eye contact? My video camera was on during all the calls. Be considerate to the interviewee who is nervous and schedule a conference call if you have no intent of turning your camera on.
