Very friendly; most questions deal with behavior and scenarios rather than skills

My interviewing process was rather complex. I had my initial phone interview with the recruiter and then a subsequent phone interview with the department director and operations manager (who would be my supervisor). The interview lasted over an hour and although it was difficult, it was very engaging and interactive. After my phone interview, I was called in for an in-person interview about two weeks later. The in-person interview was, again, with the director and a side-by-side with an account manager. I was notified that I was hired about a week later and then went through the background check process, which took a littler over a week.
