There was a short assessment that allows you to practice as many times as you’d like before beginning. There was then about a thirty minute phone interview with HR. You then receive an email helping prepare you for your next interview, which was one hour with two hiring
managers on video chat. Immediately after I was given thirty minutes one-on-one with a current employee in the role I was interviewing for. He was able to answer those burning questions we all wish we could. The last interview was thirty minutes with one manager. It was a really laid back process throughout and they really just want to hear examples of your experience in customer service rather than insurance.
