Online application followed by an email with a link to an assessment. Simulated customer interaction and personality questions. Email with offer for phone interview a couple of days later. Phone interview about 45 minutes. Go over resume and a few situational questions. Asked about knowledge of company and reason for wanting to work there. Offered and scheduled zoom final interview. Zoom interview with 2 people. Asked why wanting to work at travelers and knowledge of the company and position. Plenty of situational questions. Offered to ask questions. They explained I’d have an answer within a week about the status of my application either way. Was updated later that week and the following week that there was not a decision made yet. About 2 weeks after my interview I received a phone call with the job offer. Accepted terms and was informed the job was pending a background check that included a credit check. I filled out the forms for the background check. And a couple of days later I received an email confirmation that background check was good, and got details about my start date.
