I got the phone interview. Five questions were asked: 1. introduce your current research to me as a non-technician to Statistics. 2. In your opinion, how the statistical models can be applied to insurance. 3. introduce the whole process how you handle one project related to regression. 4. Tell me why the insurance price can not be set the same for all people. 5. Tell me your qualities why I hire you.

Their recruiter approached me to invite me apply for this position as they think my profile is a fit. After the screening interview which I believe it went well I got completely ghosted, no reply given to my follow up email that I've sent after 1 month.

Phone screening followed by a few interviews with the team. Some typical fact-finding questions and some harder behavioral questions. Overall, the process was clearly communicated and was pretty structured. Cadence of interviews was a little slow, but that can be attributed to the holiday season.

Talked to the HR and he scheduled a call for me and the hiring manager, after a week another interview was scheduled for me to meet with another two interviewers. Heard back pretty quickly within 3,4 days
