Interview was conducted in SMART format. Same question as any other interview. The Interview lasted over one hour. Standard technical and what would you do type of questions. Nothing unusua.

Interview process was very professional and very heavy with the behavioral interview questions. Sometimes these questions were not relevant to a candidates experience or history (such as asking about two different coworkers with two different personalities types to myself who had worked remotely for the entirety of my career), but overall a professional, friendly but bureaucratic experience. Hiring managers and talent acquisition was extremely polite and prompt.

Easy questions about very common things that a premium Auditor needs to know. WC, GL...PAAS...NCCI... The questions cover a little bit of behavioral topics too. The second phase (with a manager and/or director) is not challenging if you know your job.
