I interviewed at Travelers (Redhill, South East England, England)
Interview
Interview was interactive and they were friendly. Quick and easy process. But they took long time to share the results. Well organised and it was just one round of interview.
The interview process takes quite a while and is pretty intensive. They use the STAR method of interview questions, which can make the interview feel unnatural. They have very friendly hiring managers, though.

Interview
Interview process was quick. I applied online for a different position and received an email to set up a phone interview that had basic questions like "why Travelers", "why did you leave your last job", and a couple behavioral questions. I ended up not moving on to the next round but got a call about another position they wanted me to interview for. This was a Teams interview with 2 managers. They asked a TON of behavioral questions
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Travelers in Nov 2023
Interview
First interview was over the phone, spent about 30 minutes going over my resume and expectations of the job.
Follow up was a virtual interview going over situational questions. That lasted about 45ish minutes.
