This was the most clear, transparent and open interview; I appreciated that. The interview was relaxed yet professional and seemingly warm. Competency questions based on previous experience. Also, checking what you already knew about claims process etc. This was an easy-going conversation. Prepare and be your whole professional self and you will do well. This company seems to value talent.
