Interview
I applied and received the online assessment via email. Make sure to do it when you have no distractions, as part of it is timed. After I finished that, it said I met the qualifications and I would be hearing from them about an interview. About 2 weeks later, I had an initial phone interview. This was about 40 minutes long. About 3 days after that, I had a zoom interview with 2 managers. This took about an hour, but I did have about 5 questions of my own that took about 15 minutes of that time. A few days after that, I had an in person interview with the director. That was just under an hour and I received a tour and sat with a claims representative to see what their day was like. It was all such a positive experience and all the interviewers were amazing. I heard back the following Monday and was offered the position. My advice is to prep for Star interview questions and really think on why you would be a good candidate for the job.

Interview
Process was very quick and easy! After the initial phone screening, I received an invitation for an in-person interview. They interviewed me in three different sessions, one with two managers, a peer teams-call with a current claims representative, and then an interview with a couple of directors. I heard back within two days that I received the job.
