Interview
In person interviews. First with the Unit Managers, then with a peer, and also AVP/Director. The interview, although formal, was very staight forward. There were about 5 behavioral based questions and 5 technical questions.
Had a phone call interview. Was asked 5-6 questions, Smth about my specific experience mentioned in the resume, tell me about a time you worked in a team, why insurance? and some case specific.
The initial phone interview went great. The interviewer told me to expect a call to schedule the next step with the Claims Team.
They never interviewed me so they closed the door before even meeting although I was more than qualified and deserved the interview.

Phone screening, followed by a computer assessment related to mapping out travel routes and writing a professional email. First round interview over the phone followed up by a second interview in person. Took about 2 weeks to hear back after the last interview.
