3 stage interview process, in which they ghosted after the second without feedback or rejection. I followed up serveral times with all parties involved with no response, which is appalling and unprofessional.

Generic questions, but middle management appear to lack business acumen or understanding of macro-economic factors that affect their business.
It is an audacity to have such incompetence at the coleface of your organisation.
It was straight forward. the interviewer was clear about what he wanted.
It was a little tight in time, I had to think quickly, there was extra questions in the interview that focus on details
