I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Triage Consulting Group (San Francisco, CA) in May 2014
Interview
1) Skype Interview: just mostly talking and them getting to know you. Definitely not question answer based. They just want to hear why you want the position, what you did in college, career aspirations, and your interest in the healthcare business.
2) In person interview. Composted of 3 one on one interviews with management as well as a lunch that you attend with 2 of the current analysts. Still nothing too hard. Same questions but just in a more formal setting. The lunch is a good way to see what you future coworkers will be like. They don't have a huge say in you getting the position but it definitely helps.

Interview
Easygoing. You still need to be professional, however, the interviewers wanted to get to know who you are and if you are a good fit for the job. They understand that it is a steep learning curve but want to know if you are up for it!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about customer service, what are your short term/long term goals?
30 min call interview first then 2 45 min interviews straightforward. They asked general questions and went into depth about the field and what it requires. Very professional and they also gave tips on how to improve your resume.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Triage Consulting Group in Oct 2020
Interview
I applied through University Recruiting and heard back for a first-round interview fairly soon. It was a 45 minute interview with a senior consultant and mostly behavioral.
Final Round consisted of 2 45 minute interviews with a principal or manager and again very similar to the first interview and was mostly behavioral. After there was a 90 minute case interview done through excel. Very straightforward and while I was anxious going in, they are willing to walk through it with you and answer any questions. Overall amazing experience and every interviewer was very friendly.
