First I got called to book an interview with the director but before I was booked I was asked basic questions like if I was looking for full-time what interested me and face-to-face sales what I was looking to get out of a position and then I was booked for 2 days after the initial call. I got on and sure enough it was with the director. She is very transparent very honest and very thorough she asked me if I had any questions at the end and to be honest I did not have any. She did challenge me and ask me some questions like what skill sets make me an asset to companies she had me give examples of how I use them she asked what about those skills would transfer over into a sales role from my point of view she asked me what I was looking for Within a career path or a job and when I said growth she asked me about four follow-up questions elaborating on exactly what kind of growth I was looking for she also brought up rejection and how sales does face a lot of rejection and asked if I had thought about that and how I believed I would handle rejection or how I have handled rejection in the past with jobs. She also gave me a situation and said what from your knowledge would you do to de-escalate and address this situation. She then walked through the training and what that would look like I asked her about growth and moving up she talked about four different Avenues that people often take she was very thorough and transparent about pay she even used recent pay stubs when I spur the moment asked her if I could see them. She also went into great detail that it is not a 1099 she talked about which system they use for sales how everything is transparent and then also was even up front about the app and system they use to run payroll she showed to me the benefit structure everything was very transparent I cannot complain she definitely tries to make sure it's a good fit on both ends and does not guarantee the position and I wouldn't imagine she hires many people or just anyone or everyone. She was kind of tough but I appreciated her transparency and it's exactly what I've always asked for in regards to coaching and feedback - honesty and engagement
