The hiring and interview with Trilogy is quite extensive and they are very thorough in being sure that they are hiring the right employee. I had an interview first with the department Manager and then a second interview with her support person, and then a third interview with the executive director. They gave me a tour of the facility and gave me very good description of the position. I was very impressed!!
