I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Trionfo Solutions
Interview
Very respectful and polite individuals but I feel that the team is a bit uncertain as to what they want to accomplish as an organization.
I would ask them to first kindly be on the same page amongst themselves before they begin their search to fill gaps in their organization.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Trionfo Solutions
Interview
Interviewed with the company owner. He didn't bother to turn on video even though I was on the video call. Pretty direct, borderline rude. Didn't take long for me to realize that turnover and talent retention are an issue. Decided that we were not a good match.

Question 1
Generic questions, but the manner of questioning was not very friendly.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Trionfo Solutions (Itasca, IL) in Jan 2021
Interview
I interviewed with this company through a recruiter. Since we're in Covid, the interview was scheduled to be a Zoom call. I called in for the interview, and spoke with the HR person. She was professional and nice. The second part of the interview as supposed to be with the Lead Implementation PM and President/Cofounder. They never called in. They claimed they were having some release issues. Several weeks pass, and I hear that they want to interview me again, so another Zoom call is scheduled. Soon into the interview, I could tell that this wasn't an organization where I wanted to work. The cofounder, Uday Patel, was one of the rudest individuals with whom I have ever interacted. If he chooses to act in that manner towards someone he is just meeting, I couldn't fathom how he'd act if he was comfortable with you. It's a smaller IT solutions company, so I'm sure that you would have to interact with this individual on a regular basis. I would rather sit in a lemon juice bath with several open wounds.
