A call with the recruiter, followed by a tech screening with 30 min coding round and 30 min for basic management questions. Passing that you are entered into a 4 rounds panel covering various areas from roadmap planning to system design, hiring, management and technical operations. You are given a detailed PDF guidebook to prepare for each interview. STARR format is recommend for most behavioural questions. Each round is 1hr with last 10 mins for your own questions. Interviews were fully remote and flexible with scheduling. All interviewers were on time, friendly and professional. The recruiter I was dealing with kept me updated and motivated throughout the entire process.
