      Good coworkers and work-life balance but poor leadership and promotion challenges

      Work-life balance, good team mates, overall good compensation package.

      Cons

      Leadership has no idea what is doing, 3 layoffs in the past 2 years. Promotions for engineers are getting harder to get every year and have quotas. Then, they hire new people with better salary than the salary they give to promotions. Also, 2026 raises were a joke, some people got a 1% raise...
