Everything went quite well and I found recruiter more helpful and much nicer than others. First step +++. Phone call was not an easy one but fair and they were checking my background, motivations and knowledge of role/industry. Second step +. Onsite in the Dublin office has been an experience as I had mixed feelings: tough first interview with my future manager but then smooth mock call with another one (none of them work there anymore). Third step ++. Finally I got the positive call from recruiter and I was happy enough with the offer. Overall you get to know real expectations on what the company wants from you once in the hiring process. Negative point is the job spec you find online as it presents a slightly different job/tasks than what reality is.

I received an email from the HR person and I had probably the worst interview of my life. She was late, incredibly rude and she kept interrupting me. When I ask if I could finish explaining the project I mention she said "well, we only have 5 more minutes I don't have all the afternoon!" She called me 15 minutes late!! Is it my problem if now we're running out of time? On top of that she said she would have schedule my face to face interview the next day. I took the day off but she never did!!! I keep on seeing job offer from this company, but I will never apply again nor use one of their services if my money goes to pay a rude incompetent recruiter.
