I’m glad to hear that your experience with us both before and during the interview process was an enjoyable one. We strive to provide a great candidate experience that allows prospective employees to learn about us while we evaluate them. I am certainly disappointed that post interview your experience was not as positive. Circumstances do change throughout the hiring process that can cause delays or a shift in direction but that is no excuse for the lack of communication you have experienced.
